We decided to put our home up for sales right in the middle of the corona-virus pandemic when BC was going into an emergency lock-down. No open-house or realtor tours were being allowed. Ivy & Suyin was able to draw up a showing protocol that would ensure any one entering our house would have been screened for the virus. Ivy & Suyin also reassured us that they'll do their best to only bring in serious viewers. They told us that there are more to just multiple listing and do open house to expose and sell a house. They explained that there are so much more works involve behind the scene that most people don't realize. Ivy said that she has many contacts from her many years of working in the industry and she'd be busy contacting them through phone calls, email and text etc..she would be promoting and advising them of the new listing even before it hits the MLS.

We had 2 showings within a space of 4 days with 3 and 4 parties respectively. They were all serious buyers. We ended up getting multiple offers including a backup offer. It took Ivy and Suyin less than 10 days to successfully sold our home that we thought would be incredibly hard to sell.

If they can sell houses so successfully in such unexpected challenging condition, just think what they can do in normal condition.

Mother-daughter team, Ivy & Suyin, helped us with the purchase of our dream home in Port Moody and then helped us sell our Vancouver condo in a lower market for above asking price! They are the most knowledgable and determined realtor team I have interacted with. We are very particular people and were extremely choosy with which home we were looking to buy. They were patient and showed us houses that fit our criteria (ie. private backyard, house that feels open and "flows", etc). Ivy has lived in the Coquitlam area for decades, and is very knowledgable and experienced with neighbourhoods / properties in the Tricities.

We found our dream house in Port Moody – they were quick to help us seal the deal even with other couples making offers to the sellers! The toughest part for sellers is to understand what “fair pricing” is for their home, particularly where emotions and false expectation enter the discussion.
