Ivy started her successful Real Estate career in 1991 and has been with RE/MAX Sabre Realty Group since 1992. She is a multi-AWARD WINNING top producer, including winning the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2016, Ivy celebrated her Medallion Lifetime Membership Award with the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board for 20+ consecutive years of being the Top 10% of all REALTORS in Greater Vancouver. She joins a small percentage of elite REALTORS in this category. In 2022, Ivy celebrates 30 years as a REALTOR.

Friendly. Driven. Professional. Raised in Coquitlam in a family of REALTORS and inspired by her mother and father's accomplishments, in 2010, Suyin joined her mother, Ivy Lim, a multi-award winning top producer and REALTOR since 1991 at RE/MAX Sabre Realty.

Ivy and Suyin are proud supporters of their local community and strongly believe in giving back to local society. For many years, Ivy has gladly contributed to SHARE Society a non-profit, independent, community based organization providing leadership and programs in response to the social needs of the residents of the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Anmore and Belcarra), New Westminster and adjacent communities.

Ivy and Suyin also regularly support BC Children's Hospital's Miracle Network, Joy's Shelter; a local women's shelter in the Tri-Cities, Hawthorne Seniors Care Community in Port Coquitlam, Zajac Ranch for Children and the Terry Fox Foundation among many others.
